I recently featured this incredible home by Robert Mills Architects, and at the time made a note to return with one of his other masterpieces, Ocean House. Currently wet and gloomy outside, this extraordinary home, located just a short stroll from North Lorne's secluded beach on Melbourne's stunning west coast is the perfect distraction. Featuring a mix of raw concrete and polished timber, Ocean House is a study in harmony, blending seamlessly with the forest to create a calming retreat. The elegant yet relaxed interior features stylishly comfortable furniture from some of Rob Mills' favourite designers including Pierre Lissoni and Patricia Urquiola. A truly unique holiday house that redefines the concept of a beachside retreat, there is also the addition of the Ocean Apartment, both of which are available to rent via the Ocean House Website.
