Apologies for being MIA last week. As you may have seen I was in the UK with Jo Malone (more on that soon) and being school holidays I was unable to schedule in posts before I left. I returned yesterday to a long weekend here, and I'm now in catch up mode, excited to pick up where I left off. This beautiful interior work by SundlingKickén caught my eye on Instagram while I was away, and knew I'd have to share. Currently for sale on Alvhem, the apartment's former life as a factory gives the Swedish home an edgy warehouse style. With its exposed brick walls, concrete beams, black industrial glass wall and roof terrace, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was located in New York. The talented duo chose a beautiful collection of furniture including the Gubi Masculo armchair, the Skagerak Cutter stool, the Septembre sofa from Menu and the Panthella table lamp from Louise Poulsen. A enviable mix of art and objects, including stunning handmade ceramics by Birgitta Janesson provide the perfect finishing touches.
