My Zakkia Nordic Nightstand for Mother's Day

I recently had the pleasure of curating one of three Mother's Day gift packs with beautiful products from Zakkia. The Sydney-based company who I first featured here specialise in hand made products inspired by Scandinavian simplicity and raw materials that echo Bondi's rugged coastal feel. For my gift pack I have created a Nordic Nightstand with products that showcase a gorgeous mix of textures. 

Thinking about what would appeal to all of the fellow Scandi-design loving mums I meet through the world of blogging and social media, I chose pieces that are both beautiful and practical for the bedside. These include a vase for fresh flowers, a mug, a place for small items like jewellery, and my must-have, a scented candle. The Höst (Autumn) candle I chose smells divine! The brass candle snuffer is the perfect little accessory to round off the pack.
