BNZ GoodHome | Issue 7 + DIY Desk

6.10.2016

My latest work for BNZ GoodHome went live today and I thought I'd share the styling I did as part of the ongoing Room Series. In this issue I visit the home workspace, giving tips on how to create a functional space that encourages productivity and the flow of creative ideas. Unlike the traditional office, the home workspace lends itself to a more personal approach in terms of interior design and styling and we thought a great way to start was with a DIY desk. Built by fellow contributor and building guru Cocksy, the minimalist desk is made from plywood and stainless steel tubing. Striking a balance between the industrial edge and a softer, more sophisticated look, I paired the desk with the stunning leather and steel PK9 Chair by Fritz Hansen and my own personal touches.
