Internationally renowned designer Orla Kiely, who designed the immediately recognisable 'stem' motif, has joined forces with Harlequin to create a striking collection of wallpapers. These are now available in NZ, from Auckland store Paper Room.
The eye catching designs get me every time. I'm not sure if it's the gorgeous combination of pattern, colour and texture or Orla's clean, orderly graphics which are constructed in a simple, repetitive style, but either way I'm hooked! Even better, the range of wallpapers have been beautifully styled, with oodles of mid-century goodness.
To see the full range, available online and in store, visit Paper Room. If you are overseas, pop over to Harlequin where you will find a list of worldwide stockists.
Founded in 1995, Orla Kiely also produces clothing and handbag lines, as well as a range of homewares and accessories. With everything from towels to books to paper products and fragrances, these are perfect for gift ideas. Here's a taste of what's on offer.

I'm in love with the stem motif... it's a fresh take on retro 60's. Thanks for the heads up - I'm glad we can get it here in the states.
