My obsession with this colour started from a very young age when I chose to paint my bedroom walls yellow. Perhaps not the best choice back then, especially teamed with Holly Hobbie curtains, but fast forward to today and I would've been quite the trend-setter!
Associated with happiness and sunshine, when surrounded by yellow, the brain actually releases more serotonin making us feel optimistic and energised. Interesting colour psychology, huh? When it comes to interiors, accents of yellow can make a big impact visually. I especially love it mixed with white and grey right now.
