A collaboration between Swedish brands Smålands Skinnmanufaktur and Formbruket, designers Hillevi Magnell and Sara Rudenstam are expanding their beautiful debut collection of leather and wood products, with a special edition bench seat and leather stool. Auckland Concept Store The Shelter in Ponsonby has just opened a brand new café called Eat at The Shelter. Wanting to curate a space at The Shelter that would provide a relaxed, artistic café experience for the discerning customer, owners Vicki Taylor and Mark Thomson enlisted architects Pennant and Triumph, who are behind the awarded store fit out. Serving a range of premium, beautifully presented food and beverages including a daily delivery of delicious treats from Adele at Catroux, and fruit and vegetable blends that change daily. Gluten free, dairy free and sugar free options are also available. The stunning café is anchored by a bespoke art wall by street art collective BMD artist Andy.
