Mapiful

5.03.2016

Swedish company Mapiful has been on my radar for some time. I love their unique concept which allows customers to turn maps of their favourite cities into beautiful posters. Deciding it was time update our living room picture wall, I decided to take up Mapiful's offer to create a few of my own!

I picked out three cities I have travelled to which are dear to my heart; Nice, Rome and New York. I then visited the Mapiful site to start designing my maps with their easy-to-use online tool. I decided to go with the geographical info and text layout offered but you are able to change these as you wish. With several themes to choose from, I decided on 'Modern' for both Rome and Nice, and one of their newer designs 'Strict' for New York. In addition to different poster sizes, I love that Mapiful gives the option of portrait or landscape orientation for your posters. Wanting to include both on my living room wall, I chose one of each.

When the posters arrived I was really impressed with the overall quality. Their clean, minimalist finish allows them to fit perfectly into our Scandi style home, amongst some of my other favourite art prints. I love that when I look at Rome and Nice I'm reminded of the magical time we spent there. New York sits perfectly in my office, where I can dream of visiting again one day soon!

With worldwide shipping available, the Mapiful custom service is also super affordable, with posters starting at just $60USD. All too easy! Which city would you choose?

Before I go, please note that the winner of the Studio Esinam Colors Giveaway has been  announced. To find out who the lucky person is, take a look here
