Dulux Colour Swatch Service | Part Two

6.28.2016

Following on from my first Dulux Colour Swatch service post, I'm excited to show you my newly painted office! Thanks to the use of my free large colour swatches that I ordered online, I chose Midhirst Half and I am thrilled with the result.

After narrowing down my selection to four beautiful colours from the Dulux 'Whites & Neutrals' and 'Greys', the free large swatches proved invaluable in making the final decision. I was able to achieve the exact colour that I was after - a soft grey with hints of beige and green. It has a really calming quality and because I tested the swatches throughout the day and evening, I was prepared for the subtle differences that occur as the light changes.

To achieve the matt finish I wanted, I chose Dulux Wash&Wear Matt and I couldn't be happier with how it looks. Leaving the skirting boards, celling and window surrounds white provides a nice contrast. For the perfect white pairing, I recommend Dulux Okarito.

  1. I love neutral colours and I've grown to really like grey now too and it looks great with white accents
